Spring Break Inspired Drinks

Miami Mojito

• Kosher salt
• 2 oz tequila
• 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
• 3 tbsp lime juice
• 1 ounce orange juice
• 1 tsp agave nectar

Orlando Gin Rocket

• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 2 ounces gin
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced fennel bulb
• 1/4 cup packed arugula leaves
• 1/2 cup simple syrup

Shake with ice, strain out fennel and arugula leaves and and garnish with a lime wheel

Cancun Killer Bee

• 1 1/2 ounces mezcal
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3 or 4 ice cubes

Combine in a glass and stir.

Palm Springs Pick Me Up

• 1 ounce espresso
• 1 ounce vodka
• 1 ounce van gogh espresso vodka
• 1 ounce baileys

Hawaiian Spiked POG

• 1 ounce malibu rum
• 2 ounces dry champagne 
• 2 ounces passionfruit juice
• 2 ounces orange juice
• 2 ounces guava juice 

Decorate with a pineapple wedge and serve over ice or in a chilled glass
