I ordered this tee on 3 October. The system showed it as fulfilled on the same day and that I received the order on 6 October. I did not. It was shipped via Fedex on 1 November. I received this tee and another that I had ordered at the same time. This tee is not flattering on me and I need to return it. However, because the Ably system shows that I received it on 6 October and their return policy states that I cannot return it after 30 days from when THEY ship it, I cannot return it. Sure, this is a simple glitch in their system. Yes, it could be easily rectified. But that would mean that someone would have to respond to the messages that I sent through their system, which they have not. I have sent two messages and nada. If there was a customer service number, of course, I could call that. But there is not. Too bad. I really like their Daffodil tee and maybe some of their other apparel might be good, but I won't try it because of this experience.
