ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed on the next business day after the order is received except on the following US holidays:

New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday immediately after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping in the USA is $5 per order.  We offer FREE 2-Day shipping on all orders to the USA excluding PO boxes on orders $40 and up.  We offer FREE shipping to the USA for PO boxes on orders $40 and up.  Domestic packages ship via FedEx ground, UPS ground, or USPS at the discretion of the shipper unless expedited shipping is selected.  FedEx and UPS 3-Day, 2nd Day, and Overnight delivery services are available.  All packages ship out of Washington State.  Expedited shipping cannot be be delivered to PO Boxes.

US TAXES

Sales tax is collected for shipments to Washington State.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

Domestic shipments valued at  $500 and above will require a signature.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

Expedited international shipments take 3 - 7 business days to arrive.  Please provide a phone number to insure a speedy delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
