Mis-delivery disappointment

We never had a chance to try it out. FEDEX delivered it to the wrong address. Despite careful attention by Barbara, in the local FEDEX shipping center, the package got retrieved but not delivered to the correct address. Instead, FEDEX returned it to Ably. When Ably investigated, the FEDEX reply did not correspond to what had occurred. I am SO disappointed. This was to be a birthday present for a friend's 70th birthday. He ordinarily is not a man who feels at ease in a jacket/blazer. I had great hopes that he would feel comfortable in this. In the meantime, the blazer is no longer available for the price I paid. That was the only way I would consider buying it for a guy who might put it in a pile of what he deems as unnecessary type of clothing. I am still hopeful that Ably can smooth this out.
